  I thought fashion magazines were supposed to be, well, about fashion and clothing!  Not naked bodies with some clothing on, isn’t that what Playboy and the porno smutt is about? What message is this sending young girls who want to get into fashion, that it’s ok to say yes to a perv photographer who wants to shoot your first shots, “look, it’s ok, Karlie did it in Vogue!!” Let’s think about this a bit more?????????

  I soooo agree with you. As a person in the fashion industry I can understand when a photographer wants to be artistic but this isn’t showing off the beauty of the clothing. I started looking at Vogue when I was 10. I would hate for a 10 year old girl open up this issue. She will probably associate nudity for fashion. So sad.

  i mean look how flat that leather skirt stands away from her hip-bones!
  Sufferig from an eating disorder myself i just can corfirm that images as such makes it hard for girls to enjoy their dinner…
  I love that there are more girls out there like Lara Stone,but also know that Fashion won’t give up on the beauty of adrogynity and skinnyness, I am just sad that the border of skinny/sick seemed to have become invisible to so many responsible eyes.
  PS: Guys, naedness is nothing new in advertising and fashion- where have you been since the 90′s?

  Is anyone else concerned about the skin and bones she showes more then her breasts? Look at :27, its not just defined abs I see, it is defined collarbone, ribs and neck!

  Clothes do not look good on this skin and bones bodies and even the bodies themselves are not beautiful. They look like the have just arrived from famine land. Fashion industry should understand this once and for all. It’s ugly!
  She does has a beautiful face, though. Other than that she’s just a skeleton. If she was painted in white she’d make a great Halloween costume.
