Kate Middleton Went Outside! And There Are Photos!

OMG you guys! You’re never going to guess what happened. Princess-to-be and Queen-in-training Kate Middleton left the confines of Clarence House for a public appearance! And she put feathers on her head! And there were photographers! But more importantly, there were feathers on her head. Aaaahdlsjalkjdfakj!

Get ready to continue to freak out, though! Middleton paired her fascinating fascinator (perhaps an early display of the goodness to come from royal wedding veil designer Philip Treacy?) with a camel coat, some gloves, a seriously luxe looking pashmina (it’s cold in England, y’all) and suede boots with the barest suggestion of a platform. Diva.

(Author’s note: if you haven’t gotten it by now, we’re being facetious. It’s just funny that people are flipping out about the fact that OMG SHE WENT OUTSIDE. Maybe she should saturate the market with her own presence, show up to every charity gala and event she possibly can, and then the public will stop chasing after her? Just a thought. So what was Middleton doing among her public? Christening a life boat at Trearddur Bay Lifeboat Station at Anglesey, where her fiance Prince William currently serves as a search-and-rescue pilot. Or something.

Anyway, she looks good here, there’s still no word on the wedding dress designer, and if anything, these photos prove that feathers are back. Take that how you will.
