PHOTOS: Kate Middleton Gets Trendy In An Oxblood Skirt Suit

Prince William and Kate Middleton met with scholarship recipients at the Middle Temple Inn this morning, and of course, all of our attention is on Kate’s outfit.

Instead of pulling a repeat from her wardrobe, Kate wore a new-to-us oxblood blazer and skirt by French label Paule Ka, and paired it with black tights and pumps, while Wills looked handsome in a navy suit and plum tie. The pair schmoozed with previous winners of the Diana Scholarship and Queen Mother Scholarship, and launched one in their own name for law students with disadvantaged backgrounds. Those two do-gooders!

It is good to see that, for now at least, the recent scandal has not had too much of a negative impact on Kate. I am not a huge fan of the Royal Family, but I did feel quite bad for Kate when the nude pictures and video of her came out. She had been getting quite good press up until that point, and you can’t help thinking that it will damage her image in the long run. I saw the video at http://celebrityshocks.com/
