Our Kate Middleton Coat Envy Rages On With This Latest Stunner
We’re so over coats. SO over them. Bring on the sundresses and breezy spring jackets, we say!
That is, until every time Kate Middleton goes and steps out in a smart new woolen topper. Then we’re right back to our usual lust for layers — if not so much the temperatures that make them necessary. Today, the Duchess continued her Scotland tour with Prince William in Barrow-in-Furness, wearing a scarlet angora Armani coat with a wide collar, paired with her Aquatalia “Rhumba” boots and a tartan scarf — a more subtle nod to the country than yesterday’s plaid-all-over Moloh number.
While that one was a new purchase (and is still available online), today’s topper was one Kate must have dug from way back in the depths of her closet, since she last wore it publicly back in 2006 at William’s passing out parade — which, in case you’re wondering, has nothing to do with any untoward university antics.
Check out the coat below and get revved up for more Kate coats ahead! After all, we hear it’s freeeezing in Scotland right now:
