Kate’s Evening Dress Is Also Sarah Burton For McQueen, Also Pretty

We knew Kate would wear two different dresses, and now the second one has been revealed! Just like her stunning bridal gown, Kate’s evening ensemble was also designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.

Strapless dresses aren’t our thing, but we appreciate that Kate wore an angora bolero over her white satin gazar dress — at least while she made her way to the party at Buckingham Palace. The gown has a circle skirt and diamante embroidered detailing at the waist. Both Prince William and Prince Charles changed out of their military uniforms and into tuxes for the night (looking sharp, guys!), and Camilla wore a loose-fitting periwinkle Anna Valentine number.

It looks like the wedding gown but with a big deception. I was waiting for something more innovate, new and smashing. Fluid like her sister’s bridesmaid dress p.e.., but not so boring. Sarah Burton, was she out of ideas (which I do not believe), or was she too much ordered? It could have been a moment of creation, relax and joy!!!!
