PHOTOS: Kate Middleton Visits Hogwarts In Polka Dotted Topshop
Maybe it’s because Kate Middleton was visiting Hogwarts this morning, or maybe it’s because polka dots just make people happier, but the Duchess literally glowed at the inauguration of the Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden in London.
Warner Bros. bought the Leavesden Film Studios back in 2010, and has since changed the name, added a Harry Potter exhibition, and installed other exhibits with props and costumes from movies and franchises such as Batman. To kick off the new-and-improved space, the trio of Royals were invited for a tour and to play around.
Kate showed up with Prince William and Prince Harry in a $76 polka dotted frock from Topshop, which is now sold out, and a black blazer. Simple, easy, chic — very Kate. She, Will, and Harry walked through the set of Hogwarts’ Great Hall and Diagon Alley, and pretended to cast spells with wands. The parents-to-be also probably made jokes about how Harry looks just like Ron Weasley — we totally would.
And if it couldn’t get any cuter, Prince William got to sit on the Batpod (!!), and the Daily Mail reports that he joked, “Does it come with a baby seat?” All together now: aawww!
