Kate Moss’s Latest Cover Is Recycled From An Old Vogue Paris

Magazine cover photo recycling is a strange thing. Beyoncé‘s been a victim, as has Carey Mulligan. Now Kate Moss is getting the double duty treatment.

HuffPost Style unearthed this latest odd case, in which a Mario Sorrenti photo which graced the June/July 2010 cover of Vogue Paris popped up on the cover of Madison Australia‘s January 2012 issue. The colors on the Madison Australia cover look more saturated than those of Vogue, but that could be a function of scan quality. Regardless, it is indeed the same exact shot.

Just as was the case with the Mulligan photo, we assume Sorrenti owns the rights to the photo, as Madison Australia is not owned by Condé Nast. And just like before, we’re surprised Vogue didn’t have an embargo that lastest longer than a year and a half. Check out the double vision covers below:
