Katy Perry Wants To ‘Skin’ Japanese People ‘And Wear Them Like Versace’

Katy Perry loves Japanese culture, and she chatted with Jimmy Kimmel last night about her somewhat creepy obsession.

Apparently the Perry family used to like hosting Japanese exchange students, and she was infatuated with their style. So much so that she wanted to “skin them and wear them like Versace.” Indeed. On the upside, girl sure gives a great interview.
