Kelly Osbourne Disses Fashion Industry, Is Designing A Plus-Size Line
Kelly Osbourne‘s dabbled in design before, and now, the (currently) purple-haired celeb is branching out to do her own line.
Fashionista spoke with E!‘s Fashion Police star during New York Fashion Week, and she had a lot to say about the industry:
“You know I was having fun but no one takes notice of a fat girl in fashion. That’s the truth! It’s sad. That’s why I love women like Beth Ditto who are doing their own clothes. That’s why when my line comes out I’ll never make anything that won’t be translated to plus-size as well. Because everyone deserves to wear fashion.”
Did you catch that? She snunk in a bit about her forthcoming fashion line! She adds: “I’m not going to say anything about anything!”, but did confirm the line: “Yes!”
While the industry certainly doesn’t need another celebrity clothing line, we’re glad to see that Osbourne’s thinking outside of the box with a plus-sized line.
