  I know of a few ppl who need money in the worst way this season & its sad to see them,good,hard working,ppl struggle for so little at Xmas & she farts 65k away for fugly jewelry.

  Why don’t u use this space for something more important. “Like missing children” or about people who are doing things to improve our lives. That is her money she can do as she pleases. And yes the money went to charity. But she does not need to be praised for the money she spent.

  it’s common to spend more on items, when the proceeds are going to charity.  She basically donated the money to charity, leave this issue alone, she’s one of the most beautiful women alive, quit hating.

  Where your intensions are good, using space on a site called STYLEITE – as in STYLE, is no place for missing children information.  I cannot stand the woman either, but let’s use some common sense here.

  Beauty is not in the face or body, it’s in the heart.  Kim may dress stylishly (at times), and this is a STYLE site,  but beautiful?   When a woman sells her dignity for 63 million a year, all money she made on her LOOKS as she has no talent, that’s not beauty until a whole lot more than 1% goes to charity and doesn’t benefit her by having Liz Taylor’s items.
  There would be SO many less women either in hospitals, in clinics, or dead from eating disorders and plastic surgery gone bad if women like Kim Kardashian and her ilk dropped out of sight along with the men (and women) who enable her by stating that she is “so beautiful”.  Woman grasp the totally wrong idea of “beautiful” and nearly kill themselves trying to look like Kim and her ilk.
  Telling the TRUTH about it all is not hating. It’s an attempt to save the life of even one young girl either starving herself to death to be “beautiful” or in a back alley hotel room getting butt implants (read the news!) and other type surgery to change their looks from “not good enough” because “Kim is beautiful”.  I call BS!   STOP the enabling!!

  Exactly – another person’s “things” because she happened to have been a celebrity. At a time where more children, more families than ever, are homeless and hungry in THIS country which is already a travesty, here a woman is praised because “it goes to charity”. And? How much is the CEO of said charity paid?   Is this checked ahead of time? How many cents from every dollar actually goes into the charity?   For most, it’s 6-8 cents on a dollar. That’s IT. Charity is giving directly to those in need and feeding our hungry, housing our homeless. The only charity who doesn’t eat up their donations in CEOs and staff is the Salvation Army. Their CEO is paid $38,000 a year – that’s IT. All staff is volenteers. Think about the hungry children in America before thinking of spending thousands of dollars on someone’s used jewelry because she happened to be “famous”. Jesus Himself says, “Feed my sheep.”  He didn’t mean charities whose CEOs pockets are exploding from other’s donations.

  Pretty  good post but what’s with the “ppl”?  This country is becoming lazier every day. Takes just as long to type out the word people. We aren’t texting here.
   
  Liz didn’t die poor, and money went to her charity. However, how much of each dollar actually goes to the CHARITY?  At best for most, 6-8 cents as it is those CEOs of those charities who are the greedy ones. Why should a CEO get at least 90 cents on a dollar for “running” a charity? A question no one seems to be able to answer. Then there’s staff saleries as no one volunteers anymore other than those at the Salvation Army. Funny how their CEO can survive on $38k a year without complaining. ALL their staff is volunteers – and certainly not the charity Liz Taylor is using.
   
  Wasting 65k on used jewelry is a travesty, but using “farting” for an example is very uncouth and gross.

  Barbara was on the money–why are the Kardashians famous? They contribute nothing to society except spending lots of loot and posing for playboy. Yes indeedy, we have lost our souls to some talentless marketing strategists…

  I really, really do wish that “Mazine” person would just hush. We get your point. CHARITY PAYS CEO’S, not people in need of it but you know, the river didn’t get clean from someone sitting on their ass, starting at it and stating it was dirty. It got clean by someone CLEANING IT. You want something to change? Make it change. Quit sitting on your ass and expecting your words on a FASHION site to ever reach anyone’s ears who might be able to do something about it. Geez.

  First of all Kim Kardashian is so small that her weight is in balance with her size. It is known that she eats healthy, so why be hateful towards her for it. Her sister Chloe in the other hand is tall and everyone seems to expect her to be a size 2. She is also very beautiful and her weigh has always been in balance with her height. Courtney had Mason and she clearly eats healthy as well, and does aerobics or whatever to stay in shape. She also is a very beautiful woman. They have three different looks and therefore in my opinion cannot be compared with one another. About their lack of talent I differ with that. They are talented business women, their reality show goes on smoothly and natural without the overacting of other reality shows. Everyone including Masons father seems natural and real to me. That some of us find their vocabulary on National TV harsh is one thing, that they are being themselves and be real like in “Reality Show” well….turn the channel. Chris and Bruce Jenner have done a great job of teaching their children work ethics, including at home…….they do not have house cleaning staff. Chris does her own cleaning and have teach their daughters to do the same. You see that in their reality show. As a mother Chris set out to manage her children’s inheritance and to invest it wisely in order to ensure her children an income. What is wrong with that? Anyone that have not seen these girls caring about others and using their money to help others are just being too critical without reason. We should all look for ways to use our given talent and knowledge to become financially independent. Just enough independent to pay our own way in life. Yes, I watch their show.  About Kim’s marriage lasting so short, I believe it was two very nice persons with very different ways of life. Her husband expected Kim to forget her family and become a housewife, drastically move far away from the family circle……. Kim wanted her husband to move to California so she can continue to be near her family, and her career. Her husband is very closed to his family also and neither was willing to change their family relationship. Anyway who said that wealthy people do not have problems?  Live and let live.

  Umm, Mazine, I don’t think you’ve ever seen a photo of Kim. She’s no starving model.  She’s a curvy regular sized woman–that’s why she has so many fans. Kudos to her for flaunting her sexy regular non-hollywood figure. And shame on you for ranting about eating disorders just because a woman was called beautiful.  Would calling any woman beautiful support eating disorders?  Or just those you are envious of? Because there are lots of beautiful women in the world of all shapes and sizes and I call them beautiful as I see them.

  I’m not a Kim fan and I have seen here twice in person. She is fake and not a nice person in person. With that said, Kim does have a right to spend her money where she damn well feels. I have money and I donate to SPCA and whom ever I feel like donating to, but I have a right to blow my money on bags, cars and whatever else I want. It doesn’t matter is Kim has talent or not, she has the money to blow it where she feels like it. Why is it the the ones with money should pay for everone elses broken dishes? Besides, Kim donates 10% of ALL her income to charaties and that’s more than most Americans. Now let the girl enjoy her 90% and everyone else get a better job and stop bitching.
