Kris Humphries Isn’t Suing Kim Kardashian After All

We still cannot get over this height differential.

Turns out that rumor about Kris Humphries suing Kim Kardashian for millions upon millions of dollars isn’t true after all. Sources close to the basketball player say he wouldn’t dare go up against his soon-to-be ex-wife in court.

Our sister site Gossip Cop reported this week that the lawsuit rumor was just a rumor, quoting someone with knowledge of Humphries’ relationship with Kardashian as saying all chatter of any legal proceedings (other than the divorce, of course) was “completely false.” Now, TMZ has reported that the two still maintain a “cordial” relationship.

The trumped-up lawsuit was alleged to be an attempt to change the negative way Humphries will be portrayed on upcoming episodes of Kourtney and Kim Take New York!, but Humphries people say he’s not going to do anything from stopping the show from airing as is.

Kris is worried that the show will make him look worse than he really is … but he understands he has no control of it.

Does that mean we’ll get to see him call Kim fat on air? We’ll have to wait and see.

    He has class too bad Kim doesn’t have class. Poor New York people to have there names show up in your city calling it, “Kourtney and Kim take New York”. What a stupid name for a show. NO CLASS WHAT SO EVER

    Thank God Kim got divorced from this brut.  She deserves better.  With all of her talent, I can’t wait to see her on the big screen, and, of course, the next episodes of her thrill packed show.
