PHOTOS: Kristen Stewart Opts For All Black At London Premiere

It’s rare to see Kristen Stewart rock a floor length gown, let alone two red carpets in a row. But for tonight’s London premiere of Breaking Dawn, Part 1, Stewart opted for a black sequined gown with a plunging neckline from Roberto Cavalli‘s Spring 2012 collection.

Stewart (and her stylist) tweaked the dress from the runway version by adding a black lining and pairing it with a wide black leather belt — Michelle Obama would have been proud! And here’s hoping Stewart’s ankle is all healed, because those heels look fierce.
