Kristen Stewart (and her PR team) are hard at work drumming up publicity for her upcoming films Snow White and the Huntsman and On The Road, and they’re starting with magazine covers.

First up, the perennially sullen actress shares the May cover of French mag Jalouse with On The Road co-star Garrett Hedlund. Stewart is also fronting the June issue of Elle UK solo in a Jil Sander ensemble and ’60s-inspired helmet hair. The conservative sweater dress is a fresh look (and a far cry from Stewart’s real-life style). The hair is simply inexplicable.

The constant in both covers is Stewart’s trademark flat stare and open-mouth pose. Peep previous examples here and here.

And in related K-Stew news, she was just announced as Glamour UK‘s best dressed of 2012. She beat out Kate Middleton (!), Beyoncé, Emma Stone, and well, everyone everyone else. Discuss.

daughter and I ordered a dress from Doll House which was to be custom
made.  I placed the order on a Monday and was surprised to get a
phone call the following Monday to say the dress had arrived it only took eight
8 days.  I took the dress home and when I put the dress on my
daughter, I realized that had just altered the dress (in store) and found pins
still in the side seams.  I was so disgusted with their lie – when
confronted they would not talk to me or acknowledge what they had
done.  To all you mum’s out there DON’T BUY FROM DOLL HOUSE.
