WATCH: Teaser For Lady Gaga And Steven Klein’s ‘Alejandro’
Last night on Larry King Live, Lady Gaga debuted a teaser for the Steven Klein-directed video for her latest single, “Alejandro.” (Which, if you need a refresher, is the one that reminds us of Madonna’s “La Isla Bonita.”)
And yes, the video does look and seem remarkably similar to Klein’s “Academy” spread for W magazine, which featured Lara Stone surrounded by a bevy of bowl cut-having and scantily clad military boys, except in this case, it’s Gaga who has a bowl cut.
The video is also appropriately reminiscent of Madonna, considering Klein is her photographer of choice for almost everything and since Gaga has, to put it lightly, been paying homage to the icon in more than a few ways.
