WATCH: Gaga Named Twitter Queen, Thanks Followers

Lady Gaga is officially the most followed woman on Twitter — and for good reason. Her tweet pics and kooky messages to her favorite “little monsters” have given her followers a behind-the-scenes and surprisingly earnest look at what it’s like to be the world’s most famous Fame Monster.

And like any good title winner, Gaga filmed a thank you note — an acceptance speech of sorts — for all 5,745,000 followers that helped to make her the Twitterer that she is today. Here is Gaga’s inaugural message — shot whilst sitting backstage at one of her Monster Ball concerts.

Our favorite line, hands down, goes to: “May you always have soft cuticles while tweeting. May you never have carpal tunnel.”
