WATCH: Lady Gaga Showed Up Naked To Her Vogue Shoot

As you know, Lady Gaga snagged the cover of Vogue‘s March issue. Though the accompanying profile of the icon is rather fascinating, we think the behind-the-scenes video of the Annie Leibovitz-lensed, Grace Coddington-directed photo shoot is just as revealing. There are many things the two-minute video teaches us:

1. It was Anna Wintour‘s idea to have Gaga on the cover. (Because of course.)

2. She showed up to the shoot completely naked under a white rubber coat “in order that we have a clean palette to work with.”

3. Pantslessness was not an option: “I don’t see any exposed leg or anything. I mean, I can, but I always do that shit. You know what I mean?”
