WATCH: Here Is The First Of Lady Gaga’s Inez & Vinoodh ‘Fashion Films’

Thought you would get just one Lady Gaga video for the questionably umlauted “Yoü & I”? Nope! As the pop star announced yesterday, there are five more to come, and they’re all “fashion films” by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.

Yesterday Gaga tweeted:

Have a surprise for LittleMonsters! Didn’t just shoot 1 You and I music video. 5 more fashion films to come by @inezandvinoodh. 1st in 3 hrs

And three hours later she indeed delivered on the promise. The black and white Inez & Vinoodh clip isn’t particularly interesting, but Gaga looks very, very pretty. There are no crazy hair or makeup tricks — she appears nearly barefaced, and with a long blonde mane. The Hussein Chalayan dress isn’t even a touch outrageous! (A feat considering Chalayan’s designs.) And her shoes haven’t a heel at all, as they’re ballet slippers.

Gaga smiles and dances around, and there’s a bit of almost-nudity, as well as a single splash of color near the end. We’re not sure if the other four will follow the same spare format, but we’ll be sure to post them when they’re released. For now, here’s the first:
