Lauren Conrad has two reality television shows under her belt (and a third on the way!), two clothing lines, two books, and what is apparently a very healthy sense humor. In a PSA filmed for Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, Conrad sounds off against the scourge of “Fashion F*ck-Ups” (FFUs) currently plaguing men and women around the world.

Kitten heels, jorts, Ed Hardy — thousands of these FFUs are committed every hour. And Conrad wants to put a stop to it because contrary to popular belief, having poorly dressed friends does not, in fact, make a person look any hotter.
