Glee Fashion Face-Off: Whose Look Did You Like Less?

We love Glee as much as the next teen-obsessed fashion blogger, but Dianna Agron and Lea Michele’s appearances on tonight’s red carpet left us sorely disappointed.

They both wore opulent, overwrought dresses featuring intricate cutouts and sheer mesh bodices. Agron’s red Giles Deacon gown featured laser-cut swans while Michele’s metallic Marchesa creation was too sparkly, too embellished, and just too too. One caveat: while Michele’s would probably have landed her on our worst dressed list if not for this post, Agron’s look is at the very least interesting and different — it just didn’t quite work out. So, let’s have it out: which look did you like less?

I love both. But in terms of age appropriateness, I think Lea Michele’s dress is more mature. It aged her a tiny bit, which may be what she’s after. After all, she cannot be on “Glee” forever.

I think this may be the only negative review I’ve seen of Dianna’s look. She’s on most of the best dressed lists! I personally loved it and I thought Lea looked great too.

i liked diana’s dress but lea clearly overposing and her dress looks rather cheap

I liked Dianna’s dress. Well, I loved the top half of it, and thought it might possibly have been improved by a simpler bottom half. And I don’t really have strong feelings either way about Lea’s dress. It maybe looked a little like it was trying too hard.
