Lily Allen Goes Topless For Aussie Bazaar (NSFW)
Her lyrics are fun and ballsy, and her fashion choices are equally playful. So while she may be have as many misses as she does hits on the red carpet, Lily Allen’s fashion choices are always, at the very least, a must-see.
Next month’s Harper’s Bazaar Australia features the Brit on the cover. Not unlike the choice of Allen, the subscriber cover is unique for the publication: an illustration by David Bromley of the “fashion rebel” naked from the top up, with the beginnings of a bustled skirt seen at the bottom. The image is based on a photo of the singer taken for her January 2010 spread in Harper’s Bazaar Russia, where she’s dressed in Vivienne Westwood Red Label and D&G.
We love the image from the January 2010 issue and are always excited when a publication does something different and interesting with a cover. But a new image of the singer rather than a recycled shot from four months ago might have been nice. As for whether we think Allen is deserving of such high fashion opportunities — that’s still up in the air. But if Karl approves…
