Linda Evangelista & François-Henri Pinault’s Child Support Agreement

In a surprising turn of events, Linda Evangelista and François-Henri Pinault have reached an agreement in regards to child support for their son, Augustin. The duo made the decision via telephone yesterday.

Evangelista was asking for $46,000 a month to cover security and nanny fees, among other things, as well as a multi-million dollar house for Augustin to live in when he grows up. Pinault reportedly hasn’t paid the supermodel any child support and was in court last week to testify.

It seemed like the two were going to be tied up in court for a while, but according to Page Six, the case was settled before Evangelista was able to testify in court. Had she done so, she would have had to answer questions about Pinault allegedly asking for an abortion and demanding a paternity test.

Evangelista and Pinault will be back in court today to approve details of the agreement. The details and dollar amounts haven’t been released.
