WATCH: The Craziest Fragrance Commercial Ever Made
Perfume commercials are notoriously strange and certainly kitschy, but when we stumbled upon this 80s ad for Yves Saint Laurent’s Opium perfume starring Linda Evangelista at the height of her career, we were left speechless and inclined to watch it on repeat.
The storyline for the thirty second spot appears to have something to do with organized crime, ninjas, torch-lit temples, and a loincloth-clothed manslave who is inexplicably obsessed with the scent of Opium. (The perfume, not the drug.)
