Lindsay Lohan turns 24 today, and while we doubt she’s planning any big blowout — after all, how crazy can things get when you’ve got a SCRAM attached to your ankle — we hope she’s finding some way to celebrate.

Recently, we, like everyone else, have been harsh on Lindsay. We’ve joked, we’ve jabbed, we’ve criticized. But we got to thinking. The truth is, if you scrape all that orange self tanner off and take a trip down memory lane, the girl’s got style.
