PHOTOS: Lindsay Lohan In Vanity Fair

Despite her stay in jail and shortened stint in rehab, it feels as though Lindsay Lohan never really went away. An article for BlackBook magazine, a spread in Italian Vogue, and a cover for Complex are only some of the projects Lindsay managed to slip into her schedule before lock up.

And among such media appearances came arguably the most significant one of all — the October cover of Vanity Fair.

At the time, Gossip Cop reported that Lohan had followed through with the interview and photo shoot on her birthday, only days before Lohan began her stay in jail began.

And from what we’ve seen of the photo shoot, Lindsay’s still got it. With not an ounce of fear or anxiety on her face, Lohan looks absolutely stunning.

The interview, on the other hand, is typical Lindsay. Denial, denial, denial. Apparently, she’s still maintaining that she’s never abused prescription drugs, is not an alcoholic, and blames her problems on her father and her peers. What’s new?

“If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking—so that says something, because I was fine. I think everyone has their own addictions and hopefully learns how to get past them. I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life.”

Vanity Fair’s October issue hits newsstands on Thursday, September 2.
