WATCH: Laguna Beach’s Lo Bosworth’s D.I.Y. Manicures & Kale Chips
At 13-years-old we watched Laguna Beach religiously and were fervently Team LC, which meant we harbored a similar obsession for her best friend, Lo Bosworth. Lo was the bubbly, blue-eyed California blonde we secretly wanted to be with the squeaky voice we hated to love.
While Lauren Conrad went on to ‘intern’ at Teen Vogue, star in her own reality show, write a trilogy of books, and become a D.I.Y. maven of sorts, Bosworth stayed more under-the-radar making occasional appearances on The Hills. Luckily, we had Wikipedia to fill us in on the 2011 book she penned called The Lo Down (which may or may not be our next beach read), and co-founded the party supply company, Reverly House. Now, the 26-year-old has launched her own YouTube lifestyle channel, in which she provides tips and tutorials for fashion, beauty, and food from her NYC apartment that she has deemed “teeny-tiny”, which if it were anyone else, would probably enrage us.
So far, she’s only got manicure and kale chips how-tos on the menu, but we’ve seen enough to know that she hasn’t changed a bit since her sunny high school days. If you’re anything like us, these video might become your new guilty pleasure, so preheat the oven and have watch below. But be careful, because as Bosworth points out, ovens are really hot.
