A Headless Squirrel and Other Highlights from Lou Doillon’s Apartment Tour
Back in 2009, Todd Selby had a poke around Lou Doillon‘s Paris digs for his first book. Lucky for us, he recently made the photos available online.
Amongst all the bohemian, occasionally macabre grandeur, we spied with our little eyes more than a few items of interest, including:
1. a Jack Skellington pillow
2. a headless goose (what is with all the missing heads?!) draped in jewelry
3. a heart-shaped flask
4. a skeleton leg dangling from a bookshelf
5. a tin of Jiffy Pop in the kitchen
We just hope Barneys let Lou keep her wooden-puppet doppelgänger and that it’s now proudly displayed somewhere. Click over for more taxidermied animals and a peek at Mlle Doillon’s closet. Also, scroll all the way down for a charming handwritten note complete with sketches of her son — and her beloved two-headed rooster.
