Welcome To LVMH’s Very Own Hotel
Planning a trip to Saint-Tropez this summer? Well, here’s where to stay: White 1921, LVMH‘s brand spankin’ new hotel, which opened Thursday on the Place des Lices. You’d better book fast, though, since it’s is only open ’till October 7th.
WWD describes the hotel as a “seasonal eight-room inn” in the sunny seaside town — how very quaint, n’est-ce pas? Although we wouldn’t count on Monsieur Arnault being on hand to serve croissants and café au lait in the morning. He probably has his hands full tending to the pig pens over in Paris.
One thing you can count on however, is a full bar stocked with some of the finest champagne around. So once you’ve unpacked your Louis Vuitton trunks and donned your finest Philo frock, head down to the bar and order yourself a bottle of the hotel’s namesake 1921 Moët & Chandon.
And when your week (or two) of beaches and bubbly comes to an end, we’re sure the Louis Vuitton express will take you right back to your Parisian pied-à-terre. Bon voyage!
