Marc Jacobs To Play Pornographic Role In New Movie Disconnect
Rumor has it designer Marc Jacobs role in the upcoming movie Disconnect is going to be just as naked and scintillatingly inappropriate as his some of his advertising.

Our friends at Fashonista have it on good authority that the designer will play a “porn baron” in the film, which stars Alexander Skarsgaard, Jason Bateman and Andrea Riseborough in a tale of people “searching for human connections in today’s wired world.” Yesterday we reported that Riseborough will play a TV reporter who goes after a story about a young man who poses naked online — and this, apparently, is where Jacobs will come in.

We doubt that he’ll be doing the actual naked online posing himself though, even if he has been tastefully sans clothing in a handful of magazine photographs and ads. (Because seriously, what porn baron actually works in his own films?) But administrating an online network of young people who do unmentionable things in front of their webcams for money? That we can sort of see him doing. In a movie.
