PHOTOS: Glee‘s Stars Cover Marie Claire‘s May Issue

First reaction upon hearing that the ladies of Glee would grace the cover of Marie Claire‘s May issue: “Oh, awesome! We hope they don’t airbrush any of them!” First reaction upon seeing the ladies of Glee gracing the cover of Marie Claire‘s May issue: “Oh, no. They did.”

It’s not exactly news that we’re pretty sensitive to Photoshop misfires around these parts, but this one was glaring only because of its subtlety. Something just looks a little off around Dianna Agron’s lips — though she’s clearly no less beautiful for it. Lea Michele also looks great and Amber Riley is stunning beyond believability.

We can’t quite put our finger on what happened, but for the most part these covers are pretty great. Take a look at them below, and check out the behind-the-scenes video at the bottom of the post.

    It looks like their photos were taken separately and then put together. Dianna looks like she’s floating. Something’s just not right about her face. Maybe her nose is too straight and her lips aren’t quite in the right place or something…

    There’s definitely something wrong with Diana’s face/head…it’s not aligned with her neck or body or something, it’s like it’s floating. I can’t really articulate. She looks terrible at no fault of her own.

    I’m sure they did something to modify the photo but, Diana Agron is just so beautiful. I’ve watched Glee and she has just blossomed since the show first premiered.

    I was thinking the same thing. Amber’s picture is clearly the best and she also appears to be the one trying the least.
