Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg Is Now Officially Off The Market!
Silicon Valley’s very own royal wedding! And, naturally, the announcement was made via Zuckerberg’s Facebook timeline.
Yesterday, the 28-year-old wed longtime girlfriend Priscilla Chan in a small backyard ceremony in Palo Alto, California. The wedding took place just one day after Facebook’s initial public offering and was reportedly a surprise to their guests, who believed they were there to celebrate Chan’s graduation from medical school.
Zuckerberg mercifully ditched the hoodie for the occasion, though he still managed to look rather unkempt for a groom worth $19 billion. He also eschewed the massive rock, instead choosing to design a “simple ruby sparkler” for the occasion.
More than 750,000 people have “liked” the status change to date.
