WATCH: Martha Stewart & Andre Leon Talley Talk About Cake
Are there two people better suited to talk about life, food and fashion than former model/current media mogul Martha Stewart and Vogue contributing editor Andre Leon Talley? No, no there are not.
The two met up again on Stewart’s show Wednesday, and talked about everything from red carpet fashion at the Oscars (Talley says he wants “to see people who take risks with their Oscar dresses!”) to what makes you happy in life.
Martha: What’s your favorite word on your show?
Andre: Drecitude
Martha: Drecitude.
Andre: This is not drecitude though. This is perfection [talking about the cake]. There are only two things in life that can really please you, food and fashion. The two big F’s.
Martha: Is that true?
Andre: There are other things but we’re not going to mention them today.
Martha: Other F’s?
Andre: Well… [laughing]…YES! Finances! Martha!
Martha: We will not go there!
Andre: We will NOT go there!
