WATCH: The Mean Girls Sequel Looks So Fetch!

Like Clueless, The Wizard of Oz, and The Sound of Music, some movies just aren’t meant to have sequels. Enter, Mean Girls 2.

According to the trailer, “You fell head over heels for the first Mean Girls. Now The Plastics are back.” And in true desperate sequel form, the movie looks exactly like Mean Girls except minus the awesomeness that is Tina Fey, pre-rehab Lindsay Lohan, breakout star Rachel McAdams, other breakout star Amanda Seyfried, and things that are actually funny.

While I’m not a fan of this in theory, it doesn’t look too bad. Won’t be as big of a hit as the original, though.
