Who Was Best Dressed At Michael Kors’ Party In Paris?

This year marks Michael Kors‘s 30th anniversary in the fashion biz, so the U.S. Embassy decided to throw the American design icon a fancy party during Paris Fashion Week. The guest list was enviable — full of editors, models and a sprinkling of other celebrities — and Mary J. Blige topped off the night with a performance that WWD called “blistering.”

We sadly couldn’t make it since we were blogging away across the Atlantic, but we do have some thoughts on who looked best at the swanky bash. Do you agree with our picks?

1.The Editors

In attendance: Anna Wintour, Anna Dello Russo, Giovanna Battaglia

The winner: Giovanna. Anna W.'s hideous boots disqualify her, while ADR's dress doesn't quite fit the occasion. Giovanna, on the other hand, is wearing a super cool dress and bomb bangles. (We don't love her boots either, though at least they work with her dress length.)

2.The Celebs

In attendance: Jennifer Hudson, Zoe Saldana, Mary J. Blige

The winner: Zoe. We lovelovelove Zoe's sparkly black drop-crotch pants and casually sexy white collared silk shirt. Also, great shoes!

3.The Models

In attendance: Claudia Schiffer, Karolina Kurkova, Hilary Rhoda

The winner: Karolina. She probably best embodied the Kors aesthetic, and looked really great doing it. While Hilary was going for a similar look, Karolina's neckline and shoes won us over.

4.The Other Models

In attendance: Anja Rubik, Isabeli Fontana, Natasha Poly, Elisa Sednaoui

The winner: Natasha. It's March. It's cold. Rock that minidress/fur coat combo, Natasha!
