PHOTO: Michael Musto Does His Best Galliano Impression

As part of his annual Year in Review, the Village Voice’s Michael Musto had himself photographed as some of the biggest newsmakers of 2011. Donald Trump, Charlie Sheen, Michele Bachmann, a generic Occupy Wall Street protestor, and Kim Kardashian all garnered the Musto treatment, but it was his John Galliano portrait that really caught our eye.

Captioned, “Designer John Galliano starred in his own version of Springtime for Hitler, minus the laughs,” the image shows Musto dressed as Galliano, issuing a Nazi salute while sitting in front of a cocktail (set on a swastika-emblazoned napkin, of course) and holding up a sign that reads, “Heil.”

Hilarious? Or too far?
