  “Obama brand cool” is not what I want in a President.  I want serious.  I want substantive.  Perhaps most of your readers only want a ‘cool’ president because they thought they were voting for class president rather than president of the U.S.A.

  Something is wrong with the dress and/or the fit.  It looks all rumpled around the stomach; as if, material underneath is not smooth.  Anyone can see this.  Why didn’t Michelle, Vera Wang, or Mr. O, himself, notice this.  Also, how wonderful that the first lady flaunts a “Vera Wang Original” while many in the United States are out of work, homeless, and hungry.  Way to go POTUS & FLOTUS, you did it again.  I guess a socialist can wear a designer original and show off their shoulders and toned arms, while the country her husband is supposed to be saving is SUFFERING.

  OMG it just dawned on me. Michelle must of been one of those ugly ducklings that no one ever paid attention to (explains why no former boyfriends have come forward) and now that she is the first lady gets to parade around taking in all the attention. What she doesn’t understand next year when they are gone no one will care what she wears for she will be a no one again.

  You asked so I must comment..NO..NO..NO IT IS NOT COOL. That dress is rumpled all over and the colors are horrible. If this is a Vera Wang creation, Miss Wang needs to go back to the drawing board. Where is M.O. getting all these completely FUGLY outfits. I swear the person dressing her must have gone to CLOWN SCHOOL…

  @Dsm58, your comment proves you are not well informed, President Obama is all of what you say he isn’t and then some.  Your problem is jealousy, you’re envious and jealous of how he’s able to be so smart, and so damn cool at the same time…get over Dsm58,  stop hating, join life, it’s beautiful.

  First Lady Michelle represented us well on this trip…she turned heads… It’s amazing how she towers over all the rest of the First Ladies, and all of her outfits on the trip were  gorgeous.  I am so very proud of her…she shines in whatever she does.

  I think she looked pretty in this, but I also think it was a HORRIBLE PR move to wear Vera Wang.  The Thrift Store buys made her seem a little closer to the people, even if it was consignment and not really thrift store at all.

  You don’t get the appeal, Dsm58. The Obamas are cool BECAUSE they are serious, substantive, articulate, hardworking people, who happen to have great style. And Michelle Obama is a seriously beautiful first lady, a great role model for young women. Trying hard here to imagine who you think IS serious and substantive, if not Barack Obama. Herman Cain? Michelle Bachmann? Mitt Romney?? Please.
