WATCH: Michelle Obama Skips The RNC For David Letterman

Last night, Michelle Obama eschewed the Republican National Convention for Late Night with David Letterman. Unlike her previous appearances, the First Lady opted for a dark ensemble — a full-skirted black frock, noir bow belt, and matching pumps. That Michelle — always so chic and classic.

Despite her own choice to not watch the RNC, she encouraged everyone to tune into the conventions and learn about each party’s political views. And then she zinged Todd Akin:
