It’s starting to seem like the Obamas have a sweet spot for Chris Benz. First Malia wore the pink-haired designer’s duds to the China state dinner earlier this year, then Michelle made her reality show debut in a blue and green sheath by him in July. Last night, the FLOTUS attended the black tie Hispanic Congressional Caucus in a metallic multi-colored strapless Benz dress.
