From cobalt blue to shimmering red, Michelle Obama knows how to shine in jewel tones. For her husband’s State of the Union address on Tuesday night, FLOTUS stuck with what she likes: Jason Wu.

Just a few weeks after she stepped out on the night of inauguration in a scarlet red creation by wunderkind Wu, she once again wore one of his designs. Eschewing custom for a personalized take on his pre-fall 2013 collection, Obama accessorized her burgundy organza cocktail dress with a large floral brooch by Alexis Bittar and sleek bob.

Our love of the look aside, Mrs. Obama is certainly nothing if not consistent.

Who cares what she wears…it is still our dime….really staying with the little people…went from Crews outfits to designer outfits….maybe she could smile and at least make an attempt to act like she likes America a little bit.
