It’s Miley Cyrus ‘ 20th birthday today! She’s come a long way from her early days as a Disney star on Hannah Montana , stirring up controversy along the way with her racy “Can’t Be Tamed” stage ensembles, engagement to Liam Hemsworth at the age of nineteen, and finally her drastic haircut earlier this year, when she lopped off her locks into a bleached blonde ‘do .
