PHOTO: Miranda Kerr Is Breastfeeding Her New Baby Boy

Now that they’re happily married parents, it’s hard to believe that Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom were bickering about shoes just a few months ago. But the model says she and her husband have been all smiles since they welcomed their son Flynn into the world, and last night she tweeted a picture of herself nursing the 12-day-old boy in bed.

The photo was originally posted to Kerr’s beauty product site, Kora Organics, but as of this posting we couldn’t access the site. Luckily the people at People snagged the photo — and some of Kerr’s comments — before the site crashed. Kerr says she gave birth to her son without painkillers, and that it was a long and rather trying labor. (Probably because, you know, she didn’t use any painkillers.) But Kerr says she’s happy that her “little ray of sunshine” is finally in the world, and we’re pretty happy for her.

Whether or not it’s creepy that she’s introducing him to the universe in a picture clearly taken with a cell-phone camera, we’ll let you decide. Otherwise, welcome to the world, Flynn!

Uh, are you kidding me? It’s not creepy that they are down to earth like the rest of us. What’s creepy is selling a professionally taken photo to the highest bidder like your child is a source of income.

Yeah, I totally don’t think the photo is creepy at all- it’s beautiful! She’s glowing and the breastfeeding in bed makes it feel accessible to us mere, non-model mortals.

I think the whole selling your baby photos is sleazy and the only way to make it redeemable is if you donate ALL the profits to charity ala Angelina. They knew photo’s of their babies would fetch top dollar so why not take control of the matter and turn it into something positive instead of having creepy photogs chasing their car trying to get the “first shot”.
