A Very Pregnant Miranda Kerr Posed Naked For W
While initially preoccupied with couples and kissing, Stefano Tonchi seems to have developed a thing for the nude. Last month a very naked Kim Kardashian appeared on W‘s cover, while a just as naked but much more pregnant Miranda Kerr makes an appearance in December’s issue.
Inevitable comparisons will be made to Demi Moore‘s infamous naked-while-pregnant photo, but Kerr actually flashes some nipple in hers. And we all know this whole trope is far from original — Claudia Schiffer, Britney Spears and Cindy Crawford have all posed similarly. Regardless, Kerr just won’t let this pregnancy thing stop her from modeling!
Dubbed the “family issue,” December’s W also features Madonna, Jenna Jameson and Usher with their kids (not to mention the Fendis and the Jeff Koons clan). Katherine Heigl graces the cover with her daughter Naleigh, in what some are calling an “Anne Geddes moment.” While the comparison made us giggle, we don’t entirely agree — Katherine’s portrait is a bit too painterly for that. Perhaps Mary Cassatt is a better parallel?
