While we’d normally hate to take pleasure in someone else’s pain, this model looks like she’s thoroughly enjoying the spill she took on Z Spoke by Zac Posen‘s Spring 2011 runway yesterday.

MMMMMMMMMmmmmm that shoe looks like one of the Steve Madden’s created just for this show. Like the style, but I don’t like the falling aspect.

I don’t think the shoes made her fall. I think it was that necklace…definitely the necklace.

Not to mention that dress looks like a table cloth…so it might be better if she were on all fours.

It was such an embarrassing moment for the Model when she falls on the Zac Posen runway. We know its done by accidental. She told its all happened because of her shoes problem.
