In case you’d forgotten, today is Mother’s Day! Hooray, moms! And while we’d love to celebrate impossibly stylish mothers all over the globe, we ended up scrapping our original plan to personally wish every mother on Twitter a Happy Mother’s Day after realizing it wouldn’t be very practical. And then we went with this, a gallery of the fashion world’s most stylish moms.
Why just moms in fashion? Well, because this is a fashion site, but also because we have to imagine it takes a lot — and we mean a lot — to run multi-million dollar businesses, nation-wide public health programs and chase your toddlers around wearing six inch Loubs all at the same time. And as much as we’d love to be just like our mothers when we grow up, we’d like to learn a few tricks from these ladies, too.
