Is Natalie Portman Really Still Working For Dior?

After she called John Galliano‘s drunken, anti-Semitic rant “disgusting,” many people wondered if actress Natalie Portman would ever work with Dior again. But a new ad for the fashion house’s latest skin products seems to suggest that Portman is still right on board.

Harper’s Bazaar UK posted an image of the ad for the Diorskin Forever range, which includes a compact and some kind of serum, earlier this week. Portman looks radiant in it, just like she did in the ad for Miss Dior Cherie perfume. The difference between those two ads, however, is that the Diorskin shot appeared months after the Galliano scandal and resulting trial — and after Portman went on the record to say that she would “not be associated with Mr. Galliano in any way.”

Now that it’s been confirmed that Galliano will never work for Dior or any of the other companies affiliated with it ever again, we’ll have to suppose that Portman feels safe taking money from them. This ad is gorgeous, and we expect to see it all over the new round of September issues. Take a look, and tell us what you think the comments.

Well she wasn’t going to stop working with Dior because of Galliano. So to say or think she wasn’t going to work for them is….

Wow. She’s a great actress, but this def feels like a double standard…

  • LIVIN OUT LOUD

She looks butiful, but needs to tone the eyebrows way down….and the skinniness they make the actors all do nowadays, is not good looking…it makes them gaunt looking and frail…one strong wind…haha….

oh for all the gossips about Natalie, THE CREEP IS GONE, its okay now…just enjoy her….peace…so many other things to save the world about….

How is it a double standard? Galliano was fired from Dior. They cut all ties with him after the controversy.
