Calvin Klein’s Boyfriend Has Been Kissing Ladies Since Leaving Rehab

For whatever reason, we’ve been wondering what Calvin Klein‘s on-again/off-again boyfriend Nick Gruber has been up to since he left rehab in May.

As it turns out, Gruber has been hanging out in Marina del Rey, Calif., and was caught smooching former erotic lady model Chelsea Heath this weekend. Sources say the two are close, but not exclusive.

Does this mean that Klein and Gruber have officially broken up? And what does the designer think of Gruber’s new interest in ladies? After all, Klein invited a whole slew of fashion folks to Gruber’s 21st birthday party and sent his boytoy to rehab in his private jet.
