WATCH: Documentary To Show Images Of Princess Diana Dying

A new documentary about Princess Diana is stirring up controversy — and not just because it’s being released right after the royal wedding. The film, called Unlawful Killing, is framed as an investigation of the 1997 Paris car crash that killed Diana and her boyfriend, Dodi Al Fayed. The documentary shows never-before-seen pictures of Diana at the crash site as she lay dying.

According to ABC News, British TV stations and movie theaters have refused to show the movie, but it will be screened this week at the Cannes Film Festival. The documentary is financed by Mohammaed Al Fayed, Dodi’s father, who has suggested that Diana’s death wasn’t an accident at all, but instead planned by members of the royal family.

There has been no official comment about the film from any member of that family, and we don’t expect there will be. But news of the movie and the drama it’s creating will undoubtedly cast a shadow on all the celebration, pomp and circumstance the family has enjoyed over the last few weeks.

    How ironical that this film is coming out on the back of the heir to the British throne catapulting the royal family to majestic heights, after being so long dormant, a seethed public entity, to once again be catapulted to in house brawling, allegation, castigation and the umbrage of a graphic portrayal of a nation’s collective martyr.

    To me the ironic thing is, al Fayed is claiming that Diana and Dodi were “murdered” when, in fact, the driver, employed by al Fayed, was DRUNK and is the reason the car crashed!!!

    It’s been 15 years . . . somebody needs to get over themselves. And if Charles or any members of the British royal family had the clout to have someone murdered, they should have had al Fayed murdered YEARS AGO!!!

     You seem to believe anything that is said on the news.  So Al Fayed’s driver was drunk, is that true?   Maybe his drink had been spiked.  The British Royal family have a history of secrecy and murder.  They will do anything to protect their Crown and authority.
