Coaxed by his mother to go talk to her, he wrote a note on a napkin, begging for an internship at Vogue. Only two weeks later, he received a call from designer Michael Kors offering him an internship.
But the best part came when, in homage to the designers’ tie dye-heavy spring line, Martha gave the designer duo a DIY tie-dying lesson.
