PHOTO: Rachel Zoe Shows Off Her Baby Bump With Rodger

We’re fairly convinced Rachel Zoe‘s baby will be one of the most fashionable kids alive. Word on the street is she’s having a son with doting husband Rodger Berman, and now the couple have decided to bare Zoe’s bump for Elle.

In an interview with the mag, Zoe talks about longtime love Rodger (“It’s a very modern notion, partnering with your husband in business ventures. After 19 years, there’s no one I trust more than him.”) and, of course, fashion (“Boy or girl, I plan to take this child to fashion shows.”).

Please stop using the term baby bump it makes the baby sound like a thing and not a human being. It’s a baby and not anything else. If you have to call it anything say her pregnancy.

Oh yes, the term “baby bump” is so hideously offensive- what if someone thinks Rachel Zoe is just bloated? Is she only giving birth to a bump?! Really, I’m pretty sure we all know that it’s a baby…especially with the word “baby” being used in the terminology. Even medical professionals will refer to it as such in general conversation.

So calm down, it’s just a phrase. Back to fashion.
