Ralph Lauren is sticking with his namesake brand, having just signed a new five-year contract. The 72-year-old founder will remain at the company until at least April of 2017.

Lauren will receive a 40% salary increase, bringing it to $1.75 million a year, while his target and maximum bonuses were decreased. But how much money does Lauren really earn each year? Well, this fiscal year he took home a cool $36.3 million.
