Reese’s Full Vogue Spread Is Here! And Elephants Are Involved!

This weekend we posted a leaked photo of Reese Witherspoon‘s May Vogue cover, and now we have the rest of the Peter Lindbergh-shot spread! And there are elephants!

Of course, the elephants and (and general circus theme) are a not-so-subtle nod to Witherspoon’s upcoming role in Water for Elephants. Reese turns it out in frocks by Dior, Sophie Theallet, Narciso Rodriguez, and Dolce & Gabbana, channeling Dovima just a bit.

The accompanying interview is all kinds of fluffy (surprise!), but we think this quote is rather lovely: “I get hugged a lot, which is fun. Mostly it’s all good, positive energy that comes to me. I like people. And at the end of the day, we’re all just people, you know? We’re all just going through it. Nobody’s life experience is all that much different than anyone else’s. We’ve all had our share of heartbreak. It’s the universal language of life.”
